Morning thunderstorms in parts of central and northern Minnesota will continue to spread eastward and also southward Monday.
The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center continues a severe thunderstorm watch until 3 p.m. from the Twin Cities metro area into central Minnesota and parts of northern Minnesota and western Wisconsin:

The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has cancelled the severe thunderstorm watch for the Twin cities metro area and most of the Minnesota counties. The watch remains in effect until 3 p.m. for several counties in western Wisconsin:

Additional severe weather watches may be needed later Monday for southern Minnesota and more of Wisconsin, as the atmosphere becomes more unstable over those areas.
The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center shows an enhanced risk of severe weather Monday and Monday night for much of the southeastern half of Minnesota plus western Wisconsin:

Enhanced risk means that numerous severe thunderstorms are possible:

Scattered severe thunderstorms are possible in the yellow shaded area surrounding the enhanced risk area.
The Twin Cities metro area will have a chance of showers and thunderstorms late Monday morning, with a better chance of occasional showers and thunderstorms Monday afternoon into early Monday evening.
