Subzero temps
With the exception of southwestern Minnesota, the entire state is starting off below zero Tuesday morning.
These are the 6 a.m. temperatures:

Wind chills for most of the state are running minus 10 to minus 30. And temperatures will barely rise Tuesday afternoon, staying below zero for most of the state.

Tuesday night into Wednesday morning will be even colder, with more overnight temperatures in the negative teens. Another windchill advisory has been issued for most of Minnesota again, from Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning.
Snow south
Most of the state will stay quiet, and even see a fair amount of sunshine Tuesday.
A minor disturbance clipping south of Minnesota could bring a few flurries to the southern portion of the state.
