Snow is slowing travel across parts of Minnesota, but most of the snow will clear out by noon and temperatures will finally be milder.
Thursday morning snow
Predominantly light snow is moving across Minnesota Thursday morning, particularly for central and southern Minnesota. It will clear out through the morning in a line from west to east, with most of the snow being over for the state by noon.

For the Twin Cities, 1 to 2 inches of snow is expected, with a few isolated parts of Minnesota that could see 2 to 4 inches.

It has been making for some slow-going on the roads, so be careful. Here is the radar as of 6:36 a.m.:

Thursday temperatures
Temperatures finally recover some from the cold snap on Tuesday and Wednesday, although they will still be below average.
There will also be a large temperature contrast across the state, with parts of northwestern Minnesota stuck in the single digits, while there could be a couple 30-degree readings in southeastern Minnesota. The Twin Cities will likely see highs near 20.
