Here are forecast Sunday highs for Minnesota and western Wisconsin:

Single-digit highs will be common to the west, with some lower teens east.

URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN 306 AM CST Sun Jan 19 2020 ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY FOR MOST OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND PARTS OF WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS MORNING... .A wind chill advisory is in effect this morning for areas generally along and south of Interstate 94 from Alexandria, to St Cloud, to the Twin Cities, to Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below to 30 below zero are expected.

Snow chances
A passing flurry is possible in eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin this morning, with some light snow showers also spreading into northern Minnesota this afternoon then moving southward.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern this Sunday through Sunday night:

The metro area could see a few snow showers overnight and very early on Monday.
Lake-enhanced snow continues today in parts of far northern Wisconsin:
