Our Sunday will feature mostly sunny skies across southern Minnesota, the Twin Cities metro area and western Wisconsin. Much of northern Minnesota will have clouds with some sunny breaks at times.

Sunday high temps are forecast to reach the 50s across most of Minnesota plus western Wisconsin, with some 40s in northwestern Minnesota and parts of northeastern Minnesota:

It’ll be a bit breezy by Sunday afternoon, with wind gusts of of 14 to 20 mph at times:

Precipitation holds off

Far northern Minnesota could see a stray flurry Sunday morning, but the daylight hours of Sunday will be dry in most areas. Northwestern Minnesota may see some scattered showers Sunday evening. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern Sunday afternoon and evening:
