We haven’t reached 60 degrees in the Twin Cities metro area since last Saturday. We’ll probably top out in the lower 60s Saturday afternoon, which is a bit above our average April 18 high of 59 degrees.
There’ll be a lot of highs in the lower 60s across southern Minnesota, with mainly 50s to the north and some 40s in the far north.

Winds will pick up a bit by Saturday afternoon, with afternoon gusts over 20 mph in some areas:

Sunday highs will retreat to the lower 50s in the south, with mainly 40s in northern Minnesota:

Shower chances
Northern Minnesota and parts of central Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin will have a chance of scattered rain showers on Saturday. A few snowflakes may mix with the rain showers early Saturday and also after sunset. Southeastern Minnesota may see a passing shower by Saturday evening. An isolated late-afternoon or evening shower cannot be ruled out in the Twin Cities metro area.
