Northwestern and north-central Minnesota may see some scattered rain showers this Sunday morning. Those same areas will see another batch of showers Sunday evening. In eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin, our chance for a shower or isolated thunderstorm will be this afternoon and evening.

Our average Twin Cities high temp this time of year is 63 degrees. I’m expecting metro area highs to reach the upper 60s to around 70 this Sunday afternoon.
Mild highs are on tap for most of Minnesota and western Wisconsin, with a lot of 60s and a few spots touching 70:

Parts of northeastern Minnesota will top out in the 50s.
Highest wind gusts will be in the north:

Winds will also be gusty near any thunderstorms that develop.
