The Saturday afternoon high temp at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was 75 degrees. That was 10 degrees warmer than our average May 2 high in the Twin Cities.
Winds were gusting to 35 mph at times in the Twin Cities, with some gusts to 40 mph in parts of western Minnesota Saturday afternoon. The winds won’t be as strong on Sunday.
Saturday golfers at Highland National Golf Course in St. Paul were treated to the sight of geese and ducks in the pond along the 18th hole:

Sunday highs will be mainly in the 60s, with 50s and possibly a few upper 40s in far northern Minnesota:

Twin Cities metro area highs will be mainly in the upper 60s on Sunday, but a few spots could touch 70 in the metro area and far southern Minnesota.

Twin Cities metro area highs are projected to be around 60 degrees on Monday and Tuesday, followed by lower 60s Wednesday, mid 60s Thursday and upper 50s on Friday.

Sunday is expected to be dry across Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
Showers could move into western Minnesota Monday morning, then spread slowly eastward. Periods of rain are a good bet in most areas Monday night into Tuesday morning.
