Tornado warning canceled; flash flood watch for southeastern Minnesota

The National Weather Service Twin Cities has canceled a tornado warning for the east Twin Cities metro area as the rotation has weakened and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
A flash flood watch remains in effect for southeastern Minnesota until early Wednesday morning. From the NWS Twin Cities:
Flash Flood Watch for portions of Minnesota and Wisconsin, including the following areas, in Minnesota, Anoka, Blue Earth, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Faribault, Hennepin, Isanti, Kanabec, Le Sueur, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Waseca, and Washington. In Wisconsin, Barron, Polk, and St. Croix.
