Sunshine and seasonable temperatures Friday

Morning rain in the Arrowhead

Friday brings fairly comfortable weather with mostly sunny skies, lower humidity, and highs mostly in the 70s and low 80s.

Friday’s forecast

Friday will be drier and slightly cooler behind the cold front that passed through Minnesota Thursday.  Morning temperatures are starting off in the 50s and 60s and highs will range from the upper 60s in northern Minnesota to the lower 80s south.

Humidity is lower, especially for southern Minnesota, and it will be breezy in the afternoon.
Rain has moved out for all but a small portion of the Arrowhead, and that clears by mid-morning.

Otherwise, the entire state sees mostly sunny skies Friday.
Another storm impacts Minnesota late Saturday into Sunday, including a renewed risk for severe weather.  That extended forecast will be updated around 9 a.m.
