If you like moderate temps and comfortable dew points, you’ll probably like Saturday. If you like it a bit warmer and steamier, then Sunday is the day for you this weekend.
Weekend temperatures and dew points
Our average Twin Cities high temperature for June 6 (Saturday) is 76 degrees. The Twin Cities metro area will see highs around 80 degrees this Saturday, with 70s across most of Minnesota and western Wisconsin:

Lower 80s are forecast for far southern Minnesota and highs in the 60s are expected near Lake Superior.
Saturday afternoon dew point temperatures will be in the very comfortable 40s in northern and central Minnesota, with lower 50s in far southern Minnesota:

There’ll be a wide range of high temperatures on Sunday, from lower 90s in southwestern Minnesota to 60s and a few upper 50s in the northeast:

We’re shooting for highs in the mid-80s in the Twin Cities on Sunday.
Southerly breezes will bring us increasing dew points on Sunday, with sticky 60s by afternoon in much of central and southern Minnesota:

Wind gusts of 25-30 mph are possible Sunday afternoon:

Rain and thunder chances
At this point it looks like northern Minnesota will see the most showers and thunderstorms this weekend, but that area will also see many dry hours.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential rain pattern Saturday afternoon through Sunday afternoon:

Western Minnesota may see some occasional showers and thunderstorms Saturday afternoon, then the showers and thunderstorms expand eastward Saturday evening and overnight Saturday night, lingering into Sunday morning. Northwestern Minnesota appears to have the best chance of a few scattered severe t-storms Saturday night and Sunday morning.
The Twin Cities metro area may see some scattered showers and thunderstorms overnight Saturday night and early Sunday morning.
