Thursday will be another comfortable day with plentiful sunshine, low humidity, seasonable temperatures and light winds.
Thursday’s forecast
A persistent area of high pressure keeps the weather quiet again on Thursday. Morning lows are mostly in the 50s and 60s, with more 40s in the Arrowhead. There are also a few areas of fog again in northern Minnesota, most of which will lift by 8 a.m. Other than 70s near the North Shore, most of the state sees highs in the 80s Thursday.

This puts southern Minnesota a couple degrees below average and northern Minnesota a couple degrees above average.
Skies stay mostly sunny and winds remain light.

Showers and storms start to move into northwestern Minnesota Friday, ahead of more widespread rain chances Saturday.
That extended forecast will be updated around 9 a.m.
