Minnesota and western Wisconsin will see some showers at times this Saturday, and an isolated thunderstorm is also possible. We’ll also have some areas of early morning fog.

During the morning hours, eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin have the highest shower chances, with just spotty showers elsewhere. Scattered showers and an isolated thunderstorm are possible in Minnesota and western Wisconsin Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. 

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential rain pattern Saturday and Saturday evening:

Our average Twin Cities high temp is 73 degrees this time of year. We’ll only reach the mid 60s today. Many areas will see highs in the 60s today, with some 50s in northeastern Minnesota:

A few spots in northwestern Minnesota could touch 70.

Dew points will be mainly in the 50s, with some lower 60s in southeastern Minnesota and west-central Wisconsin:
