Minneapolis Mayor Frey and wife are new parents

Mayor Jacob Frey and his wife, Sarah Clarke and their new-born daughter.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and his wife, Sarah Clarke, said their daughter, Frida Jade Frey, was born Wednesday. The 7lb, 10oz. girl and her mother were well after delivery. She is the couple's first child.
