Mostly sunny skies for Monday

Winds increase and wintry weather moves in late

Monday stays relatively quiet with sunshine and seasonable temperatures. However, changes late in the day set the stage for a messy Tuesday.

Monday’s forecast

Apart from a few more clouds near the Arrowhead and a couple areas of light snow there, weather across Minnesota is starting off quiet Monday morning.  Morning temperatures range from teens and single digits north to low 20s south under predominantly clear skies.

It stays mostly sunny through the day and highs vary from the upper 20s north to lower 40s south, which is near average.
