The dense fog advisories have been trimmed back by the National Weather Service this morning.

The dense fog advisory (shaded grey) in southern Minnesota expires at noon, and the dense fog advisory from Hayward to Eau Claire in Wisconsin expires at 10 this morning:

Our average Twin Cities high temperature is 24 degrees this time of year. Twin Cities metro area highs could touch 30 this afternoon. Highs will be mainly in the upper 20s in eastern Minnesota, with 30s across most of western Minnesota:
