Minneapolis announces policy change for police body cameras

Minneapolis Police Department's 1st precinct held a showing of the body cameras being used and charging on a wall. The Minneapolis mayor and police chief said Monday that officers will no longer be allowed to turn off their body cameras to talk privately when they respond calls.
