We’ll have periods of rain in much of Minnesota plus western Wisconsin this Saturday, with a wintry mix and some accumulating snow in northeastern Minnesota. Temps and winds
Our average March 27 high temperature is 47 degrees in the Twin Cities. Metro area highs will be close to 50 degrees this Saturday. Most of Minnesota will have Saturday highs in the 40s, with some lower 50s southeast:

Winds will pick up as we go through Saturday afternoon, with gusts of 15-24 mph in many areas:
