Although still slightly below average, Tuesday stays pleasant with mild temperatures and mostly sunny skies.
Tuesday’s forecast
Tuesday is off to a mostly sunny start for the majority of Minnesota and stays sunny through the day. The one exception is a few more clouds and a couple sprinkles in the northeastern corner of the state that clear out during the morning, with more sunny breaks into the afternoon.
Morning temperatures are seasonably cool, with 30s north and a few more 40s south, however western Minnesota is a little chiller than average for early May, with a few frosty 20s.
Highs Monday also stay 5 to 10 degrees below average, with most of the state seeing afternoon temperatures in the 50s.

Temperatures remain on the cool side all week, and frost could be more widespread a couple mornings. That extended forecast will be updated around 9 a.m.
