Mild Saturday temps; spotty showers possible in some areas

Today is the 2021 Minnesota fishing opener, and the weather will cooperate in most areas.

It still looks like most of western Minnesota will have a dry Saturday. Spotty showers are possible at times in eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. An isolated t-storm is also possible after 3 p.m. or so.

The NWS Storm Prediction Center shows a marginal risk of severe weather this afternoon/evening in portions of the east metro plus southeastern Minnesota and parts of western Wisconsin:
