Our average Twin Cities high temp is 83 degrees this time of year. Metro area highs are expected to reach the lower 90s this Sunday.
Highs in the 90s are expected in roughly the southern half of Minnesota and in a few spots along the Red River Valley of northwestern Minnesota:

There will be mainly 80s elsewhere in Minnesota and in western Wisconsin.
Sunday dew points will be in the comfortable upper 40s to lower 50s:

Rain chances?
Sunday looks dry in most of Minnesota and western Wisconsin. A few scattered showers and an isolated thunderstorm could develop in west-central and southwestern Minnesota Sunday evening. The rain chance will spread eastward overnight Sunday night and into Monday morning.
