Winds continued to blow Wednesday night and will not let up on Thursday. Look for a cloudy, windy, colder day with scattered flurries and light snow showers. High temperatures will range from the mid 20s in northwestern Minnesota to the low 30s for most of the state. The Twin Cities should have a high around 32 with a blustery northwest wind of 15 to 25 mph and some gusts to about 35 mph.
Here’s a quick look at the days ahead for the general Twin Cities region:
The breeze will diminish this evening and then pick up again on Friday, but from the south for a milder day. Highs should reach the 30s across the north and low to mid-40s in the south. The Twin Cities will likely have a high around 40.
Saturday cold front
A cold front will enter the state from the northwest on Saturday. The Twin Cities should have a rather mild day on Saturday before Sunday turns blustery and colder.

Monday will be our coldest day in the near future, with highs In the 20s north to low 30s in the south. The Twin Cities might reach about 30 Monday afternoon.
Storm-free next week
Travel weather should be good across the state next week as no major storms are expected.
Temperatures will moderate on Tuesday and maybe into Wednesday for parts of the state before a strong cold front brings us a cold and breezy Thanksgiving Day.
Remember that November is fickle, so the holiday outlook might change a bit.
