Temps and winds

Our average Twin Cities high is 30 degrees on Dec. 12 . Metro area highs will reach the mid 30s Sunday afternoon. Highs in the 30s are expected across most of Minnesota and western Wisconsin:

A few spots in far northwestern Minnesota and the southwest could touch 40.
