Early morning wind chill temps are below zero in far northern Minnesota, and slightly above zero elsewhere.
By Saturday afternoon, wind chills will recover to the teens in the south, with single digits in the north:
Saturday morning wind gusts will be over 30 mph in some areas. Saturday afternoon wind gusts will be around 25 mph in many locations:
Forecast wind gusts are in knots, with 22 knots equal to 25.3 mph.

Saturday highs will be mainly in the 20s in northern Minnesota, with 30s in central and southern Minnesota and much of western Wisconsin:

Flake chances move east
Northeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin could see a few Saturday morning snow showers. An early morning flurry is possible in the eastern part of the Twin Cities metro area and southeastern Minnesota.
By afternoon, snow chances shift eastward. Sunday looks dry. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern from noon Saturday to 7 p.m. on Sunday:

Still plenty of snow up north
Snow lovers will be interested to know that there’s still plenty of snow on the ground in much of northern Minnesota. Here’s the weekly snow depth map from the Minnesota State Climatology Office:
Most of north-central and northeastern Minnesota has 12 inches or more of snow on the ground and parts of northeastern Minnesota (especially Cook County and eastern Lake County) have 24 inches or more of snow cover.
