Monday will bring a dry day with clouds decreasing in the afternoon. We’ll see high temperatures mainly in the 40s with some low 50s south.

The next larger storm system already brings more moisture for the middle of the week Tuesday, in what will be the first of two main rounds of precipitation.

While it will be mainly rain south, northern Minnesota could see snow. Up to a half inch or more of precipitation could fall across much of southern Minnesota.

The second round of moisture comes in late Wednesday into Thursday on the back side of the storm system. That round will likely bring a mixture of rain south and snow north.
