Some morning showers and thunder then clearing, hot
Scattered morning showers and a few thunderstorms, leftovers from overnight activity to the west will push across the region Thursday morning.

Skies will then clear by midday/afternoon allowing temperatures to once again warm well into the 80s and even low 90s in southern Minnesota. A cool front will keep readings cooler in northern Minnesota.
A brief cooldown before heating up yet again
Friday and Saturday will bring cooler readings, in the 80s south and 70s north but also a drop in dew points.

We’ll see dew points drop from the sticky 60s to the more comfortable 50s.

Don’t get too used to the ‘cooldown’ temperatures will warm up again for much of next week with 90s again a possibility.
