The humid air is on its way out after some scattered morning showers and a few thunderstorms Monday. A few pop-up storms are possible in northern Minnesota again in the afternoon. 90+ temperatures move in by the end of the week.
Scattered showers then dropping dew points
A cool front is sweeping across Minnesota Monday leaving some scattered showers and a few thunderstorms around, especially in the morning hours Monday.

Winds will increase from the northwest at 10-25 mph. Dew points will drop late in the day Monday into Tuesday and Wednesday.

High temperatures will largely be in the 80s south and 70s north Monday through Wednesday. Most of Minnesota should get a break from the muggy air and we’ll see more stable skies with lots of sunshine Tuesday through Thursday as well.
Heat builds in by the end of the week
Enjoy a couple days of seasonable temperatures and the lower dew points. Heat and muggy air are building in for the end of the week possibly setting us up for a heat wave.
