Patchy freezing fog then partly cloudy Monday with above normal temperatures ranging from the upper teens northwest to low 30s southeast. Light snow is possible Tuesday night.

Above-normal temperatures set in

We have another morning of stagnant air brought on by high pressure and deep snow keeping temperatures cool at the surface.

This has led to areas of freezing fog again and lower air quality due to a lack of mixing. Temperatures will climb above normal Monday afternoon for most of Minnesota.
