A cooler but more ‘normal’ Friday
It’s a chilly morning compared to the rest of the mornings this week with widespread single digits and even subzero readings north. We’ll see high temperatures in the 20s mostly, but that’s closer to normal. We’ll also see sunshine again Friday and that will persist into Saturday.

Winds will also be lighter, mostly under 10 mph from the west Friday.
Milder air returns this weekend; potentially more active late next week?
The thaw resumes Saturday with highs back well into the 30s for most, some places could even be near 40 again.

We’ll see more sun again Saturday too.

Sunday also will be very mild with some passing clouds occasionally.

The mild temps continue into the middle of next week. We’re also eyeing a possible storm system for mid to late next week.
