Highs will be in the 90s widespread across southern and western Minnesota Wednesday and Thursday. We’ll see thunderstorms possible again the northern half of the state.
Hotter Wednesday with more storms possible north again
Wednesday will be even hotter with highs in the low 90s for much of central Minnesota and south central Minnesota.

Dew points will be muggy also in the 60s to even near 70 in some spots.

More storms are possible in the northern half of the state Wednesday.

A few storms could be strong to severe. There’s a marginal risk (level 1 out of 5) of severe storms possible Wednesday north.

We’ll gradually cool off over the weekend with rain potential later in the weekend. Temperatures next week look cooler than normal.
