The summerlike weather has moved out. Temperatures will be near normal Wednesday but even cooler air is coming Friday along with the chance of some showers.
Cooler, windy behind cold front
Cooler air is flowing in behind the cold front that touched off showers and thunderstorms last night. Highs Wednesday will be closer to normal, but downright cool in northern Minnesota.

In addition to the cooler temperatures it will remain windy through the day. West winds will blow at 10 to 20 mph with higher gusts.

We should see some peeks of sun but there will also be a few spotty showers possible.

Another clipper system is coming in Thursday into Friday that will bring a further drop in temperatures and the possibility of more spotty showers. High temperatures Friday and Saturday will only be in the 40s for northern Minnesota and just low to mid 50s in southern Minnesota.
