Tuesday will be another seasonably cool day with sunshine and highs mostly in the 50s. There will be more clouds northeast. Rain develops by late Thursday for southern Minnesota.
More cool sunshine Tuesday with rain late week
Highs Tuesday will be mostly in the 50s. Northeast Minnesota will see highs a bit cooler in the 40s and parts of southwest Minnesota could hit 60. These readings continue to be a bit below normal.

Tuesday night will again be frosty for many areas outside the Twin Cities with lows in the 30s statewide.

Clouds increase Thursday ahead of a storm system that looks to soak southern Minnesota with rain into Friday and early Saturday.

Temperatures will remain below normal through the week, mostly in the 50s to even upper 40s at times north.
