Navigator cancels proposed Midwestern CO2 pipeline, citing 'unpredictable' regulatory processes

A sign reading "No CO2, no eminent domain" stands along a rural road east of Bismarck, N.D., on Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2023. Summit said it plans to continue its project, even after Navigator canceled its plans for a CO2 pipeline.
