Another disturbance will develop rain and snow showers for Minnesota Tuesday. Northern Minnesota will see snowfall into early Wednesday.

Another round of sprinkles and rain showers will push through Minnesota with precipitation turning mostly to snow in northeast Minnesota.

A winter weather advisory is posted for the North Shore due to the wintry weather potential into early Wednesday.

Several inches of snow could fall in the higher terrain of the North Shore while areas right near Lake Superior will see more of a rain and snow mix at times.

High temperatures will range from the low 50s in southern Minnesota to just the 30s north. It will also become windy later in the day from the southeast at 10 to 20 mph. Sunny skies break out again Thursday with cooler air settling in for most of Minnesota.
