Weekend temps and winds
The average Twin Cities high temperature is 44 degrees on Nov. 11. Twin Cities metro area highs will be in the mid to upper 40s on Saturday.
Much of Minnesota and western Wisconsin will have Saturday high temps in the 40s, with 30s in far northern Minnesota and a few lower 50s in far southwestern Minnesota:

Saturday afternoon wind gusts will top 20 mph in most of western Minnesota and in parts of the Twin Cities metro area:

Sunday high temperatures will reach the 50s across much of Minnesota and western Wisconsin, with 40s in roughly the northern third of Minnesota:

A few spots in southwestern and south-central Minnesota could touch 60 degrees.
Sunday afternoon wind gusts will be in the 20 to 25 mph range in most areas:

Some spots in northwestern Minnesota could see Sunday wind gusts over 30 mph at times.
Shower chance Saturday afternoon, evening
A chance of scattered showers arrives in eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin Saturday afternoon, with the shower chance continuing into Saturday evening.
Any showers would tend to be rain showers in the Twin Cities metro area and southeastern Minnesota, but northeastern Minnesota and parts of western Wisconsin could see some flakes mixed with scattered rain showers later Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern from noon Saturday to 6 p.m. Sunday:
