Our temperatures will dip a bit more on Monday, after cool weather this weekend. Above-normal temps aren’t expected until Wednesday.
Temperature details
The average Twin Cities high temperature is 37 degrees on Nov. 25. Most of the metro area will see Saturday highs in the lower 30s. Much of Minnesota and western Wisconsin will have Saturday high temps in the upper 20s to lower 30s.
Sunday highs will be in the 20s across most of northern Minnesota, with mainly lower 30s elsewhere in Minnesota and western Wisconsin:
Some spots up along the North Shore of Lake Superior will also reach the lower 30s.

Monday highs will be in the teens in far northern Minnesota, with 20s elsewhere:
Twin Cities metro area area highs are projected to be in the upper 20s on Monday, followed by around 30 degrees on Tuesday and then upper 30s Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Snow chances
A winter storm is tapering off in Nebraska this morning, but it is cranking up over Kansas today. A winter storm warning continues across much of Kansas today through 3 a.m. Sunday, with 5 to 7 inches of snow expected:
The winter storm warning in southwestern Nebraska expires at noon today. A winter weather advisory for 1 to 4 inches of snow covers portions of northern Missouri Saturday afternoon through the overnight hours of Saturday night. A winter weather advisory for 2 to 3 inches of snow has been posted for far southeastern Iowa Saturday night into Sunday morning. Lesser snow amounts are expected elsewhere in Iowa. Lighter snow for Minnesota
Parts of west-central and southwestern Minnesota have seen some light snow showers Saturday morning. Areas of light snow showers or flurries are possible anywhere in southern and central Minnesota Saturday afternoon into Saturday night. Southeastern Minnesota could see some steadier light snow Saturday evening. Parts of southern and central Wisconsin could tally an inch or two of snow from Saturday evening into Sunday.
Additional periods of mainly light snow are expected in Minnesota and western Wisconsin on Sunday as a low pressure system moves across south-central Canada.
