Fog-free Friday

Finally, a morning without areas of dense fog. Clear skies should give way to patchy low clouds from the east for part of the day. How warm we get Friday afternoon will depend on how thick and persistent those clouds are. As of now, forecast highs are from the mid 30s to low 40s. The Twin Cities should see some of those low 40s. Winds will be light.

A shot at 50s next week

Temperatures will warm even more early next week. The Twin Cities might touch 50 degrees on Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday.

Unsettled by Thursday

Forecast models are not all in agreement, but we do seem to have a fairly good chance of getting rain on Thursday. A transition to snow is possible before the weather system exits.
