We’ll continue to have isolated to spotty, pop-up showers and thunder both Monday and Tuesday afternoons. The rest of the week is mostly dry and becoming warmer.

Some lingering instability Monday and Tuesday 

The same upper-level low that has been spinning over the region since late last week will continue to generate some minor instability with pop-up isolated showers and thunderstorms both Monday and Tuesday afternoons. Otherwise, expect partly cloudy skies.

Highs Monday will be in the upper 70s to low 80s across the state.

Most of the state should remain mostly dry after Tuesday with just a slight chance of isolated thunder possible by the weekend. It will otherwise be mostly sunny with temperatures gradually warming up thanks to the drier pattern. We could finally see our first 90-degree day in the Twin Cities by the weekend.
