We’ll continue to see clouds and spotty showers linger into Tuesday night and Wednesday before sun returns Thursday. Much warmer air builds in for the weekend.
Clouds, showers, then sun and some heat
An upper-level low will continue to generate instability over Minnesota into Wednesday. Look for continued spotty, hit-and-miss showers and even some brief thunder. There should be fewer showers around on Wednesday with more peeks of sun.

Overnight lows Tuesday night into Wednesday will be in the 40s to low 50s in the Twin Cities are with quite a few clouds.

Wednesday will continue to be a bit cool, especially in central and southern Minnesota with more clouds and continued spotty shower chances.

Much warmer air builds in along with sunshine Thursday into the weekend. Highs by Friday will be well into the 80s for much of the state and that will last into early next week.
