Minnesotan Paige Bueckers debuted her new limited-edition Gatorade flavor Tuesday night following the Dallas Wings win over the Golden State Valkyries.
Bueckers became the first NCAA athlete in history to sign a name, image and likeness (NIL) deal with the sports brand in 2022. She was also the named the Gatorade Minnesota Girls Basketball Player of the Year for 2019-2020. For her signature flavor she chose the classic Shirley Temple.
The mocktail made with ginger ale, grenadine and a maraschino cherry is one of Bueckers favorites.
