For this week’s Appetites, we head to the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Our new reporter, Tadeo Ruiz Sandoval, a Mexico City native, moved there recently and he’s been exploring the area’s food offerings.
He took us to his most recent discovery: the country’s largest and oldest lefse bakery, Freddy’s Lefse in West Fargo, N.D.
