Clouds increase Thursday ahead of a clipper system. We’ll see a few spotty evening showers mainly in eastern Minnesota. Temperatures will be a bit warmer Thursday and into the weekend.
Clipper system increases clouds Thursday with spotty evening showers
Temperatures will be a bit warmer Thursday after an already warmer morning. We’ll see clouds increase with highs in the 60s for most. Southern Minnesota will see low 70s.
The clipper system responsible for producing some clouds will also attempt to create some spotty rain showers, mainly for the eastern half of Minnesota. Any rainfall will be very light.
High pressure builds back in behind the clipper for Friday and Saturday. That will produce abundant sunshine and pleasant days. Highs will be mostly in the 60s both days with southwest Minnesota occasionally seeing low 70s.
Clouds return Sunday with the next disturbance and weak cool front. We’ll see the next best chance of more widespread showers Sunday into Sunday night. Temperatures will also gradually cool down midweek next week.
