Latino businesses in Rochester hurting as ICE ramps up presence in greater Minnesota

Wilber de la Rosa (R) owns Tortillas La Mayzteca. He says business at his shop - and at Hispanic-owned shops around Rochester - is down since ICE ramped up enforcement in the city. He's been delivering free food to people in his community who are too scared to leave their house in Rochester.
