Thousands of people took to the streets of Minneapolis again Friday to protest the ongoing federal immigration enforcement operation in Minnesota.
A week after a large protest in Minneapolis in sub-zero temperatures, people were on the streets again carrying signs calling for ICE to get out of Minnesota.
They cheered, chanted and banged on drums as they walked through downtown.
The day after last Friday's protest, Alex Pretti was shot and killed by federal agents while he was filming agents.
Many signs included his name, as well as Renee Macklin Good's name, who was killed earlier this month by an ICE officer.
The demonstration comes as protests and a general strike were planned nationwide.
