After three summers closed and chronic flooding, Highway 93 reopens

Highway 93 reopened to the public on Tuesday after being closed for three summers due to chronic flooding problems that would force the roadway to close for days. Many toted this project as a way of mitigating the "generational problem" of flooding in the Minnesota River Valley.
