Despite the rising costs, college still seen as a value
As college costs continue to rise and families struggle to recover from the recession, more students are choosing to go to cheaper schools and relying on grants and scholarships. But a new report shows that despite the costs and anxiety about the economy, most families still see college as worth the expense.
