Trump’s visit brought out protests and supporters to Minneapolis

In Minneapolis, President Trump used a campaign rally to rail against impeachment and defend his actions in Ukraine and Syria, but he also got local. He praised police officers who support him — and even invited some on stage. And he bashed Mayor Jacob Frey and Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.

There were a few scuffles and arrests, but supporters and protesters around Target Center mostly stayed out of each other’s way. Reporter Mark Zdechlik was there and he joined host Angela Davis to wrap up the president’s visit.
