 to pay for coronavirus-related expenses. Sen. Jerry Relph, R-St. Cloud, and Rep. Tina Liebling, DFL-Rochester, the bill’s cosponsors, talked about what the money will be used for and how the state is planning to help its citizens during the pandemic.
