House and Senate unable to reach deal so far on policing changes

The DFL-controlled House and the Republican-controlled Senate are talking, but it's unclear whether they can reach a compromise before the special session comes to a close. Besides changes to policing, lawmakers are also considering a bonding bill, money for Minneapolis to rebuild after the riots, plus COVID-19 response funds.
