Sharyn Jackson, the Star Tribune’s food and drink reporter, joined MPR News host Angela Davis to talk about why these chefs and restaurateurs are taking a chance and launching new businesses right now.

Davis also checked in with MPR News senior economics contributor Chris Farrell to discuss the latest economic news.
