Dozens of Twin Cities restaurants are bucking the trend of pandemic-related closures and have opened.

Sharyn Jackson, the Star Tribune’s food and drink reporter, joined MPR News host Angela Davis to talk about why these chefs and restaurateurs are taking a chance and launching new businesses right now.
